    Who goes to the store and buys one can of pouches? No one. We designed our cans to be similar in size to a regular can of Zyns but also hold two cans. You should be able to fit 30 (US Zyn Sized) pouches in a Decky.

We are now offering factory seconds at a significant discount. All factory second products are first come, first serve, and still come with free shipping to the domestic US!

Factory seconds are completely functional products that have minor to slightly more severe cosmetic defects. Please see the images below for examples on what constitutes a factory defect.

What material are Decky's made out of?

We use a high grade polymer for our products. We are releasing a fully CNC machined version in the coming months.

How long does shipment take?

It completely depends on the destination. Domestic shipping (US) will usually take 5-8 business days. International will take 7-14 business days, but can be longer due to customs processing. See our shipping page for more information.

Whats the deal with the mix and match?

All of our produts are designed to be interchangable. The Upper Deckys and Lower Deckys all fit together so you can customize your Decky with any of our existing products!

Can I get a custom Decky with my own design?

We do not do one off Decky's yet. We're still a small business and don't have the systems in place to handle to volume we would see with customs. However, we are working on getting this up and running in the next few months!
